Privacy policy

This site does not create customer accounts and does not sell online. The only data we receive is what you send us yourself: your name, phone, email if you give one, and your message — through the contact form or through WhatsApp.

We use that information only to reply to you, prepare your order and arrange delivery. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for commercial purposes. The courier receives only what is needed to deliver: your name, phone and address.

We keep your messages for as long as it takes to handle your request and to answer any complaint. You can ask us to delete your details at any time — call or message us on WhatsApp and we will.

WhatsApp conversations are hosted by WhatsApp and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which is outside our control.

The location map is served by OpenStreetMap. If you open the directions, you leave our site for Google Maps, which applies its own rules.
