Terms & conditions

These terms apply to olive oil orders placed with معصرة زيت الزيتون أيت الحيحي, in Tafetachte, Chiadma commune, Essaouira province, Morocco.

Orders are placed by WhatsApp or phone. There is no online payment, and no order is binding until we have confirmed it with you.

We do not publish a fixed price: olive oil follows the market and changes from one season to the next. Today's price, the quantity, the size and the timing are confirmed with you before any order. The price per litre comes down on larger quantities.

Payment is in cash, on delivery or when you collect at the mill.

We deliver to cities across Morocco. The timing is confirmed when you order, depending on your city. You may also buy on site at the mill; please call before travelling.

If there is a problem with an order, call us — we settle each case with you directly. Please report the problem within 48 hours of delivery. If the oil delivered is faulty or is not what was agreed, we replace it or refund you.

The business is registered in Morocco. Our registration references can be provided on request.

Our facility's ONSSA health authorisation is number HFJ24.25, displayed on the front of the mill.
